Delia Nevins, LGPC

Delia Nevins is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Delia works with adolescents and adults, offering compassionate, evidence-based care to clients navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.

Delia has experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, grief, relationship stress, PTSD, trauma, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. In addition to individual counseling, she is experienced in providing group therapy and forensic counseling services.

Delia utilizes a variety of counseling theories and modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), family systems, solution-focused therapy, and client-centered approaches. She believes therapy should be collaborative and individualized, recognizing that each person’s healing process is unique. Delia strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in working toward their goals.

In her free time, Delia enjoys spending time at home with her two dogs, reading a good book, or working in her garden.
