An annual event designed to assist officers in creating and enhancing personal resiliency and healthy coping mechanisms. With a focus on prevention and education, officers will gain knowledge to better cope with current and future stressors.

Jennie has in depth experience in trauma work with over 25 years of experience as a 1st Responders’ Clinical Specialist. She has dedicated the majority of her career to working with Law Enforcement, the military and their families. Jennie understands the unique culture of sworn officers and is deeply passionate and committed to working with and supporting 1st Responders. She is a military service member and a sister and wife of sworn law enforcement officers. She has advanced training in trauma and certifications in trauma focused evidenced based modalities. She is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a treatment modality for trauma that has a high success rate with 1st Responders. Jennie is a CCTP-Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She has specialized training and experience in law enforcement cumulative stress, cumulative trauma, work-life balance, coping and resiliency. Jennie has been part of CIT and CISM teams and has done consultations, education and training with Law Enforcement organizations and departments locally and nationally.
