Paige Gilmore, LCSW-C

Paige GilmorePaige Gilmore is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) who earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2012. She began her career at Hope Health Systems, where she spent eight years providing community-based and school-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families. This early work laid the foundation for her passion for supporting individuals across the lifespan.

Since 2020, Paige has served as a school social worker, offering mental health support, crisis intervention, and social–emotional skill-building within the school setting. She has also been a therapist with Anne Arundel Counseling since 2018, providing individual therapy to adults in a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment.

Paige is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Care. She blends these modalities to meet clients where they are, emphasizing authenticity, empathy, and a strong therapeutic relationship.

Paige specializes in working with adult women managing stress, overwhelm, and the complex responsibilities of motherhood, work, and daily life. She is passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and develop practical, sustainable coping strategies.

Paige believes that caring for one’s mental and emotional health is an essential part of overall wellness. She strives to create a safe, validating space where clients feel empowered, grounded, and truly heard.
