He draws from his own experiences to help clients manage their challenges effectively.
Peter has a strong passion for assisting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and grief. His understanding of life’s varied challenges informs his approach, recognizing that everyone reacts differently to their experiences. His background equips him to provide support to military members and others facing similar struggles.
As a therapist, Peter employs various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. He creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can openly share their feelings and explore their experiences and goals.
Originally from Florida, Peter has lived in several towns in California and Virginia but has spent most of his life in Maryland, fostering connections to Kent Island and Odenton. In his personal life, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, particularly attending his children’s sporting events. When he’s not cheering on his kids, Peter loves cycling and hiking. These activities help him maintain a healthy work-life balance, contributing to his positive outlook as he supports others through their challenges.
